At Patonga Beach House, we offer a luxurious, architecturally designed beachfront getaway designed to help you feel very, very special, with the surrounds of Patonga Beach to help immerse you in nature's beauty. Our hand-crafted timber house features breathtaking water views and an array of high-end amenities, perfect for families and friends looking to unwind. With an eight person hot tub, steam shower, bespoke Cheminee Phillipe fireplace, Sub-zero fridge, Miele appliances, Wolf BBQ, heated concrete floors, home automation, reverse cycle air conditioning, a gourmet kitchen, and a den for the kids to hang in, your stay at Patonga Beach House should be a very memorable one.

This place is amazing. It’s like staying in an ultra high end luxury hotel but also a home. We had the best time - dinner at the Boathouse, a walk to Pearl beach, and longer than I want to admit to in the hot tub. When it says its beach front - that’s not doing it justice. It’s literally on the beach. The steam shower is something else altogether, snd the little touches everywhere make it just sublime. The fire place is incredible, and I absolutely loved the canoe in the ceiling (if you know, you know). Run, don’t walk - this is a magical place.

An unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the ocean right from the living room and easy access to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the deck while watching the sunrise was a highlight of our stay.
The house itself was a piece of art. We love architecture, so staying in a place so exquisitely built from timber, with creative nooks and clever finishes, was such a delight. It had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and a spacious living area. The decor was tasteful and added to the beachy vibe of the place.
Patonga is a charming and peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. We loved exploring the local area, and the nearby walking trails were a great way to take in the scenery. The host also suggested a few local restaurants and heaps of water sports, which we loved—the time flew by, and we were sad to leave!

Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled within one month of the booking date a refund may be offered if we are able to rebook the property. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
House Rules
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
Security Deposit
Please note that a security bond of $3000 is required prior to the release of keys for all bookings. Access to the property will not be granted until this requirement is met.
